We had the best experience with David. He was the only contractor that explained our options, why he recommended everything from the gauge of the door to paint color.
We have been in our home for 10 years, but have never had experience or issues with our overhead doors, where it would have been easy to take advantage of our ignorance, we felt well informed and that David was doing what was best for us not him and not Impact.

I have a double car garage wooden door. The spring broke on Sunday afternoon. The door is so heavy I couldn’t open it leaving my car stranded!
I sent request Sunday afternoon- within an hour David contacted me. He came out Sunday night to measure the springs. He came back Monday and replaced the springs. He also fixed a few other issues He did great work. My super heavy door works better than it ever has operated. He was professional, responded via text immediately and I couldn’t be more pleased. He showed up when he said Great service.

This is the only place I would go to for garage door repairs and installs. David, one of their installers, was quick to reply and when my garage was installed he was super friendly with my questions he showed how to use the app (which opens and closes my garage door) he even went out of his way to help my garage doors efficiency by adding extra door seals at no extra cost.
